Ivy Chee is a seasoned tourism and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across the Asia Pacific region. Currently the Director & Partner of Monster Day Tours, she leads the brand’s regional expansion, overseeing operations, partnerships, and inbound tourism strategies.She has a strong track record in driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and launching innovative tourism products. 


Previously, Ivy held senior roles with top organizations including Merlin Entertainments, The Grande Whisky Museum, Go City APAC, Anantara Vacation Club, Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Wego, Singapore Press Holdings, and ASTRO. She led regional trade sales, launched APAC sightseeing pass products, curated luxury experiences, and secured high-profile partnerships with attractions, OTAs, tourism boards, and government bodies. Notably, she won two Guinness World Records for The Grande Whisky Museum and grew Go City’s market share in Asia Pacific.


Ivy also played a key leadership role at the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), advocating for sustainable tourism across the public and private sectors. She built and led high-performing teams, drove digital transformation, and spoke at APEC and ASEAN Tourism meetings during 2012 – 2015.


Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia, Ivy brings strategic insight, cultural fluency, and deep industry knowledge to every initiative she leads.
